Car Accident, insurance Question?

Got in an accident July 8 went to hospital and used my personal insurance it paid the bill. Accident wasnt my fault. My question is y is state farm paying my insurance back. I pay for my insurance.

A-Man, It was an auto accident and SF has medical on your policy so that is where the coverage comes from. If it would have been major $$$ your health insurance company would have picked it up and the negligent party would have had to reimburse them. Same thing happens when someone gets a big coin settlement, they have to pay back the insurance company.
