Tell ya what I dont like is when I go to the store and I gotta turn something around to read it in english.Also we get people come in to our work to fill out apps and they gotta bring translaters to read the app for them.To me its a safety hazard if they cant understand get out of the way.

para espanol press numero uno! for English press two, for all other options stay on the line, press two, and ...... your call goes to India to some guy who speaks fast and you can't understand because he never really learned how to speak English! wonders what has customer service came too!

I grew up with indians. Most of em, where I grew up, had their trucks all "mexied" out and even went so far as to have mexican flags on the front of em! What I'm saying is that most of em have no idea as to what their true culture is/was and, couldn't care less about it.

As for the casino part...Yeah, they're cleanin up with that!

One of my dad's friends married an indian woman and their daughter was given $75,000 just for graduating high school!! Yeah, give a teenager a check like that, with no stipulations on how it's used and guess what happened to it ALL! They are cleaning house with these casinos and distributing amongst the tribes rather foolishly. I do understand that there are probably other tribes that handle finance a little more reasonably but this is an example that I know first hand of how terrible they have it.

New a guy in college, he was from a reservation in Oklahoma. His family was loaded,he drove a 100k range rover. Had his own house in ruston. Don't know what his family did at the casino, but he got his degree in accounting & went back to the casino/ reservation to work.
Said he would b making 150-175k .......
Pretty sweet deal.

I agree I often work in different construction yards in South LA and most of the ppl they hire are aliens and I promise you not 1/3rd of them understand the English language. We have safety meetings every Monday morning for God knows what reason, because half the fother muckers don't understand a word the safety man is saying and the upper management wonders why there is so many accidents...... frikin idiots!! Hire some damn Americans or english speaking aliens and maybe it'll cut the number of reportables in half!

I have to say though out of all the different yards, SHAW has been the best I've worked for. They had a lot of aliens, but most understood english and knew how to speak it, and they had a pretty good head on top their shoulders. I can't say the same for DII.......

We were in Childrens Hospital the other day and there wasnt one single magazine in the waiting room in english!! They were all in spanish and when I said something to the desk clerk about it she acted like I was from another planet for asking such a thing

Try delivering equipment to this job sites where it looks like you just step in south of the border. They don't understand you, they tear up the equipment faster than you can pull away from the job site. It burns my butt seeing America coming to this. They wonder why America is struggling. It's because all of our money is being sent south. Ok I feel a little better.
