I got your PM today, and wrote a 30 minute reponse with several internet links to answer your question and provide with some detailed information.

When I sent the PM, I could not see where I had done so, it was not in my sent folder.

So - I sent another PM with just my cell phone, so you could call, with a pen and paper ready - so I could tell you the information you have requested.

Again, I am not sure I was successful as I have nothing in sent folder.

So I am posting up here, as I know I will be successful.

I sure as heck do not want you think I not repsonding at all.

I have it so CS notifies me by email, which I have everywhere.
