Moved from Prien solo yesterday to Big Lake with my Dad and Father-in-law today. Cold again, but not quite as rough. It was still pretty windy, so I threw out the drift anchor and made a bunch of drifts across the north end of the Lake. We had a nice steady bite going, and decided not to chase the birds. Caught the fish on multiple soft-plastics. Glow Norten Eels and Gulp pearl mullet off the bottom and sparkle beetles under a popping cork.

The best part was that since I put them on the fish, they cleaned 'em. There aren't too many things better than fishing with the dads.

Love to see a table full of trout, but not as much as a tailgate full of ducks/geese.
