calcutta gtb

i have a calcutta gtb that i dont use much, well i got a couple cast with it and it feel different before i diddnt feel much of the gears inside. but now i can feel the gears spinning. i did grease it up and oil it but it still happens... any help or advise? thanks

Send it to Shimano, they'll fix it for you. I send my 2 calcutta's back once or twice a year for cleaning. They only charge around $30 for repairs and cleaning. I believe it's a flate rate. As they are the factory repair center, they know that reel better than anyone. Definitely worth sending it in!

is 30 dollars the cost for each reel or for both of the reels total..and wats the address??
