What is a descent price per acre around the Scott area North of I-10? Near Mier and Church Point. In the country.

Around Crowley I've seen it from around 7k an acre with a 3 acre minimum on up $$$. Depending on location.

My dad paid 8,500 per acre for 22 acres with pond and peca trees, just near cankton/ church point area

8500-10,000/ acre depending the on size of the lot.

I own 15 acres just North of Mire.

That's probably on the low end since it has been flooding over there on a regular basis with storms and heavy rains. What's up with the drainage in that area?
