Default Question broken boat trailer

How can I move this boat?

I working on buying a boat. Its a 16-17ft nitro bass boat but the trailer is broken, in the back behind the wheel on one side a, the horizontal bar that goes from one side to the other underneath the bow is broken on one side.

The boat has a mercury tracker pro series 115. Any info on this motor. I may take it off and put it on my 17 ft predator bay boat

Boat been sitting for 6 years he parked it bc trailer broke. He asking 2000.

trust me...walk away. Mercury inline four cylinder is garbage.
