My company had a "love you man" confrence in Ill. back in the mid 90's.
I didn't know how many deer and how much woods there were up there till then. All us Coonazzes and Rednecks were drooling evey morning when we drove up. Big deer everywhere.

Yessir, and you don't have to pay for guide service, Shawnee National Forest free and you can bow hunt anywhere and find deer. We generally kill our deer, at times not a monster, but it's different than LA. Been going 13 years now.

Pretty nice buck. There are definitely a lot of monsters shot in Illinois every year. Indiana is producing a lot of quality bucks as well these days.
