Price help

There is a camp at Toledo for sale on rented property. It has a 30 x 30 "roof" and a 12 x 24 deck. It also has a camper under it. I am intetrested in the shed and deck. Any ideas on price for something like this?

Start low on the offer....see what the owner may go for.

If you are looking at putting your camper under this cover and you have side slides, you may have to do some modifications to those center support poles.
