Default Gun?

I'm interested in buying a 22 revolver. I've been looking at the ones at academy and Nichols. I'd like the one with the adjustable fiberoptic sights. Anybody have one, know somebody who has one, or just have some info bout em. I just want something for shooting snakes, etc when I go feeshing.

I keep a 38 in my boat for them. Unless you plan on shooting a pile of bullets, I would just get a bigger caliber bc it's more versatile. Got a Taurus revolver from academy for like 250

I tell ya if that's all you want it for I'd go buy you a Sig Mosquito. It's .22 caliber shoots great and not hard on the wallet either. One of my favorite guns I have

Why would you want to shoot a snake while you out fishing? God put them there to keep the balance of nature in check.

Not poisonous right, but still had to get of my jug line and still had a stainless hook thru its mouth.

My wife has a 38 but I've been wanting a 22 pistol. I love shooting the 38 but it's so loud.

My herritage was a college grad present in 09. Shoot it all the time and never failed me once. Very sweet little shooter. It also comes with 2 interchangeable cylinders, .22 lr and .22 mag. Great gun!

Only thing about having a gun in boat is if you go in private canal or refuge and get caught with the gun...... well string and hooks are cheap

I have the Ruger .22LR / .22Mag that was given to me my freshmen year in high school. Has to be one of my favorite guns I own. The guy even gave me his holster for it. The holster probably cost more than the gun did. Makes you feel like ol John Wayne!! Haha! I lost the LR cylinder a while back, so I've been shooting my LR's out the mag cylinder and it is still extremely accurate once you learn the sights. As you can see in the pic that thing has taken a beating in the past 10 years and it's still smooth as butter. I would highly recommend it.

You wouldn't happen to know where I can get another .22 LR cylinder for mine?
