I used to use it all the time to access the Miami. That's if i didn't travel there from the north using Tee Rouge launch. Although it has been like 6 or 7 years since i've fished that area. At that time, you couldn't go south of the bridge.

Stays locked, access is for hunting leases only from what I know.

When you get a Miami permit it states that the permit doesn't give you access to Rockefeller. Was talking with an agent day before yesterday about that with the launches on the refuge being closed and he told me that I would be ticketed if caught passing under the bridge to the refuge. He said there is something about unauthorized access to the refuge from private property. Can't remember his exact wording but the bottom line is no you can not legally use this launch. Call Rockefeller and ask them. Warren |

Boat launch is in fact owned by Miami Corp. You only access thru yellow gate with permit whidh has combination lock #. Max hp 25. Cannot go south of bridge and access Rockefeller! States on permit.
