Default Coast Guard Number

The Coast Guard did an inspection of my boat yesterday. While they were doing there inspection I asked them if they ever heard of Saltycajun. They said they hadn't but asked if I would post there # on here to report any unsafe boating practices. I don't know if this is because of the Big Lake incident or not. They said if you witness any unsafe boaters IMMEDIATELY call this # 1-800-368-5647

Thanks for posting the number could of used it yesterday... I was fishing south of 210 with wife and kid when a 40' orange and white speedboat swamped us, barely got my bow in line to take the wake and still took a foot over the front of the boat.

That's where they checked me. I saw that boat yesterday also. If I'm not mistaken that's the boat thats kept by the I-210 beach.

I seriously doubt that number will get a response quickly when I asked them to catch someone who left c pernt leaving a wake while they watched. Saw the urange boat also and u can still report the incident today. They cg have to file a report and we all know where that boat is berthed. I would also call the 800 wlf # and report the incident. Sorry u had a bad day.
