Sunday Slam
A fun day doing the DU with slick calm seas and pretty water. Very crowded as everyone was enjoying the Memorial Day weekend. I fished with Kevin Marlin and Roger Dupre who was treating Mr Ralph Melancon to a fishing trip for his 80th birthday. The guys jumped all over the trout at our first stop catching 40 quick fish 2 at a time! The trout were smashing jumbo shrimp on the surface and boy what a sight to see. It got hot pretty quick and after a few more moves with 72 trout and 1 flounder we called it a day. Mr Ralph enjoyed his trip and boy did he catch some nice trout. The guys were a fun bunch to spend the morning with doing the DU! Capts Ricky & Gerald also busted up the trout with both crews having a great time! For your adventure give us a call!
