Default Grilled Yellowfin Sammich
We had a friend drop some tuna off Friday, so naturally we put it to good use...

Sea salt, coarse ground pepper and olive oil... Hit the grill till' perfection...

Pulled some sourdough out from our last CA visit and toasted it, whipped up some dill mayo, and sliced some purple onion...

Good stuff there

We normally have some fresh spinach on there as well, but did not feel like running to the store...

French bread is a good sub for the sourdough too ...

I prefer my tuna either raw or seared but i must say that looks very good!!
