Default Extended Warranty

Should I get an extended warranty on my engine? I am buying a new 21' boat with a Yamaha 150hp 4 stroke. I wasn't sure what the thoughts are on the need for an extended warranty. Thanks.

Great for resale, try to use it as part of your price negotiation with the salesman. Although the yammy 150 4stroke is one of the best most reliable motors out there

Better to have and not need, than need and not have...

Outboard motors, I always get the extended warranty... Auto's, appliances, electronics, etc., I pass....
