Tournament Shirt Sizes

I need to order the shirts so we have them in time for the tournament.
Your entry fee this year includes both a shirt and lunch the day of the tournament. One paid adult entry includes the price of one shirt. If you would like a youth shirt or extra shirt, the cost of the shirts will be $12.00 if you are picking the shirt up from me either at the captains meeting or the day of the tournament. If you would like me to ship you a shirt because you are not attending the tournament, the cost will be $15.00.

Please reply with how many shirts you want and the sizes. If you are not attending the tournament and want a shirt mailed to you please indicate such.

The shirts will be 100% preshrunk cotton and they will have our name on the front and the name of the charity with all of our sponsors and their logos on the back. The shirt will be very similar to the shirt below from last year. I apologize for the wrinkles.

The profit for these shirts will be donated to our tournament charity.
