The bay looks like chocolate milk. Marsh island is closed!! Look it up on wildlife and fisheries website. It may open up. not yet though

1. Buy beer
2. Park boat in shade
3. Sit in boat
4. Drink the beer

Problem solved!

Pulled to Burn's Point on Wed. and found water at the landing rough and the color of chocolet. Did not put boat in the water and pulled to Miet Point to try our hand at fresh water. Found clear water, fishing 8:30 to 12:30, catching 5 non keeper bass & 3 keeper chink-0-pen. No fish kill NW of Miet Point.

I pulled to Miet Point Wed. morn 6:30 and found rough water with color of chocolet. Did not put the boat into the water and pulled to Miet Point to try our hand at fresh water. No fish kil NW of the landing but there is a lot of dead fish north of Morgan City.
