Looks like it will be decent weather for the next week or so. Should bring in some more birds and get the deer moving some. May get the birds picking in the lake.

Great that we will have another cool front. I am planning to be in a tree Wed. AM.

I was checking my freezer today and did not know I was almost out of Deer roast. I thought I still several more but only found 2. I made some fish sauce Piquante instead of Venison today.

I have to agree I do love this time of year I save all my time off for this time of year. Starting Oct 01 till Jan 01 I only work 10 days. Love this time of year.

I do the same thing and lucky for me I gain another 3days vacation next yr so combine 3weeks vacation with only working 14 days in a regular month and......... well I won't be at work much during hunting season
