Anyone have any idea what it would cost (ballpark figure) to elevate a camp, Mobile home a 16'x70' 12'-15'?

This is what I'm talking about, I'd put all the poles or pipe down, & have someone lift it. Any idea?

Great hunting in that area. I will give him a call tomorrow and see if he would go that far.

If you going to put the poles in you have all the work done. Rent some chain falls, get one buddy on each chain fall and start pullin.

Kinda what I'm thinking. I can get my hands on a good bit of 8" pipe for my piles, wonder if it would work for cross members too? If so I'd weld a pad eye on piles & on cross members & giddy up! Whatcha think?

Still like to know how much for someone to do it.

$40,000 start to finish over here, pretty much an entry level price.

Find out what two cranes will cost to make the lift per hour up there. You know how to weld and set up structure so I doubt it will be over $10,000 for cranes and they will have riggers coverage just incase they drop it.

You could maybe rent some lifting frames from a home raising company too. I'd use beams if u could as cross members. But I have seen pipe cross members so it might no be to bad. Only thing would be cutting the copes on both ends. If you decide to go that route LMK and I can get a pattern made for you. I do that for a living now.

The cost down in Cameron Parish is due to the new building codes.
You have to have it designed and stamped by a civil engineer.

Where the ground is harder and water table is lower, you can probably get away with half the price.

My little sister paid $48K for the foundation for her double wide.
That included the cement slab and engineering costs.

If you didn't complete the job in 6 months, another engineering stamp was required, just in case the codes changed.
