Pertaining to the Colorado issue:

441 out of 3,500,000 isn't enough to really effect the vote. Thats a little over one hundredth of a percent of the total vote. This probably occurs in every state and yeah it needs to be looked at, but all in all not that big of a deal. Think about Texas; How many illegals do you think are in that State. Does it effect the Electoral vote's going republican?

Now the ones that concern me are the people who are dead and voting, like in Ohio, which has 18 electoral votes. Colorado has only 9 electoral's just for a point of reference. The republicans need Ohio and Florida badly. Florida has 27 Electoral votes. Get Florida and Ohio ironed out before looking at Colorado.

You make valid points..............I think all of this is posturing. If the election is close, this will all be precedent for the lawsuits.

It's a crying shame that this country is soooooo close to being taken social.

It's become a death by many cuts. By today's standards JFK would be considered a flipping lunatic conservative.

For generations now the democratic party has been trying to get us just where we are .............a place where the working man pays for the lazy man..........

As Peddler said, valid points, but how does it affect the local or state wide elections????

We just look at it on the national when there are other problems
