How does it work? Is there a fee for using a credit card to finance it? Any recomendations on how to set one up?

connects to your bank account and credit cards there are fees for somethings and sometimes its free. All you need is an email address and bank acct or credit card

Just set up an account. I think you can use either a bank account or a credit card. There are fees for merchandise/services, but I think that is all.

If you are buying something the seller pays the "PAYPAL" fees, you just pay the asking price of item. Like a month SC membership is just the 6 bucks.
