Default theft

Sometime between Sunday afternoon and this afternoon...some bastage busted the window glass outta my boat shed and helped him/herself to some goodies.

1 Shimano Calais 200 (NIB)
1 Shimano Calais 100 (NIB)
1 Shimano Symetre (NIB)
1 Shimano Chronarch 100D7 (NIB)
2 7' Falcon Cenderi Ti (New)

I actually thought there were 2 Calais 200's missing but one was in my truck. The boxes were stacked on the rear deck of my boat so they got an empty box.

Probably a damn Texan............

Or a wife beater.

Yak, yes I have homeowners insurance but, since the stuff was given to me...I just don't feel right. Although, the cenderi rods are irreplaceable.

Actually, it was yesterday afternoon that I discovered the break in. Hadn't been out there since Sunday PM.

Cat, I live in Bogalusa.

should not matter if they were given to you...you still have to replace them .....that is why you pay for insurance. I would not feel guilty at all that is why i pay them all that money...

exactly, i wouldn't feel guilty either, if anyone should feel guilty it's half these insurance co's especially after all the hurricane mess

heck that's 1500+ worth of goods

I would also move anything of value out of that shed b/c they may be back, maybe set up a claymore?

Default hang umm

hang in a public square.thats what they did back in the day.our present system is to slow.i read the other day a man a few years back kidnapped a youg boy and took him to kender, tied him to a chair and set him on fire.he has been givin the death penalty but it will take years to actually kill him if they ever do.i think if you get the death penalty for something that bad then they should take and hang you right there.

agree longcast... we need a more brutal criminal system. I bet that it will cut down on murders, kidnappings, rapes, thefts, etc..

If someone would have to lose and hand evertime they stole from someone I bet they would think twice about stealing.
