Bass Spawn in Calcasieu?

I live close to White Oak Park and just started fishing this part of the river this past year...Love Toledo but easier to hit the river also...Looking for advice of some locations around White Oak for Bass fishing this time of the year...Thanks!

Cuts and small bays up river have some shallow water. Also there are some islands in a big bend of the river north of white oak that have super shallow water. Maybe try there.
