Default Wierd thing happened today

I ran my boat on muffs this mornin ran fine ran to heberts and it would crank for a split second and kill. Almost like what a motor does at full choke basically. It's efi no carbs. Ran for ten min this morning. I didn't get into it yet with. Fuel system. I'm thinking fuel restriction or key switch. Any other suggestions?

You fuel it up between the time you ran it on the muffs and hit Hebert?

Question is, did he really rev his engine for 15 minutes with a pair of muffs before he went fishing?? Seems a pair would be a little far fetched

It's a bi*** to get off. Tried for a while but in the mean time discovered a roasted lower unit seal. Yaaaay!!! Can you clean the fuel filter? It's not an everyday fuel filter. Suzuki special order 180$ fuel filter.

Can u clean these puppies? Split em? Before I took this off. I open ended the top of the injector rail and kicked on the key and the pump pumped fuel out but I don't know how hard it's supposed to flow. It shot full stream for a sec then next time I kicked it on it bubble /boiled over the top. Charging batt over night see if it does different in morn

I don't think you can, could be wrong though. For the price just throw a new one on. Blow in it from the opposite end of the flow and see how dirty the fuel comes out.

IMO if the station you filled out had some trash in the gas, chances are it will have water too and vice versa.

You might try reconnecting it and seeing if it works. I did that on my tractor the other day when I was havin fuel problems and it has run fine ever since
