FlagUS Spring Run On Trout Underway!

Dularge Trout Fishing

We've been enjoying some great redfish and trout action on the DU! Always a pleasure to fish with the Seacor team as we never have a dull moment Clayton Breaux,Andy Rulf and Ruben Thomas joined me for another great adventure on the DU! It started off slow as we found dirty water at our first 2 stops and zero fish. At our third stop the water was still stained but very fishable. The cold front had the water dirty in most locations. We picked away at the trout all morning as Andy 'the machine' had to be jump started. LSU chubs along with bunker & blue back swimbaits eventually did the trick for us in 4-6 ft of water. We caught 35 nice trout in the stained water along with 5-6 redfish and a few bass. No limits but a great time nevertheless! Thanks Big C for another fun day on the DU! Good luck fishing!
