Cheers Du Fishing Report 4-12-

A very very windy week made us reschedule all of our customers today, as none of them want to come to soak stink bait. Everyone wants trout trout trout!!! Well, we decided to go scout and see what we could find. Capt Kevin Labat, Capt Olden Rodrigue, and myself headed out around 7am and were greeted with some stiff winds. It was a run and gun day covering a lot of water looking to strike silver. We picked away at some keepers, hit a school of popcorn trout, dirty water, clean water, stained water, then finally struck some silver!!! We had some nice fat specks hitting the Yeti around mid day then called it a day as we found what we needed. Matrix Shad tight lined and under a cork did the trick as always. Great day today guys, thanks.

There is still trout in the lakes and even the ponds, but yes. The fish are making their move South.
