Default Water conditions in the Dulac area

Hey guys,
My partner and I have been planning a trip to fish for reds in the Dulac area the later part of next week and I wanted to see if anyone can give us any information about the water conditions in the marsh. We live in north LA and it is a long and expensive trip to make for a water haul. From the reports I have been reading on this forum I know the wind has been pretty bad down there but the long range forecast looks like it may settle down some next week. How long does it take, after the wind settles down, for the water to clear up enough to fish for the reds?

Thanks for any information you can provide.

Hope everyone has a great week end.

Charlie

It'll be fine a day, day and a half max after the blow, even for trout.

Purebay,
Do you mean there will be no raid or do you mean the water will have been blown out of the marsh?

Thanks for the reply.

North wind pushes the water out BAD! I've fallen victim to it before.

A couple of calm or south wind days and, it should be ok though.

Don't know what the rain forecast is.
I was just saying that the string winds we have been getting past few days will blew the water out of the marsh.
Areas will b dry and dangerous to run.
But there will b areas with enough water to run.
Are u familiar with the area??
By next weekend you will b ok.
But the week will still b low water
