Was supposed to have mine done on June 25 but had to put it off.
Dang near everyone I have spoken to says it helped and wish they would have done it sooner. |

My 64 year old brother just had one replaced, he recovered quickly with no pain after recovery. You should be fine for teal season.

Had mine done last year and had no problems. Should have done it sooner. With teal season about 2 months away I think you will be pushing it depending on where you hunt. If you walk a rice field you will need to be very, very careful only being 2 months post op. a wrong move or slip could cause it to dislocate because the muscles holding the hip in place will not be fully healed. I did mine in April and was good to go for teal season but that was 5 months post op.
