Default Best eating fish?

If you had a choice to have only one type fish forever to eat what would it be? I would have to say redfish since I prefer them blackened and in a courbioun and they also good baked and fried.

Walleye are pretty darn tasty! Tough call though. There's so many fish I enjoy and, even more that I've never had the chance to try.
