Default Mangrove snapper and shrimp étouffée
Pan fried some fresh mangroves last night. Battered in bread crumbs and flour fried in olive oil. Then made shrimp étouffée to top the fish. It was delicious!

Fried snapper is awesome!! I do the same thing...crawfish étouffée on top
