I only caught 3 in my lifetime. I was about 12 years old fishing with my dad on table rock in missouri. Caught them on a rock ledge that went from 10 foot dropping down deep. Caught them on zara spooks. I remember it like it was yesterday...you could see them come out the deep water and smoke it. They fight harder than largemouth for sure.

We made several trips to the border waters in Northern Minnesota when I was growing up. We would paddle across some lakes set up camp and fish for a week. It was unbelieveable. Caught several over 5. Fish had never seen a bait. Brown bass are amazing.

Maybe I will plan a vacation there. That looks like a good place to be in the summer.

Paulinic is on a tear. He is still in first place with over a pound lead even after having a two pound penalty. TJ fell to 10th but he is still very much in the hunt.
