Default Down river

Took a friend to my old stomping grounds down in Morgan City and made the long run to Point Au Fur. The water was beautiful but for some reason the bite was reak finicky. Manged to lose more at the boat than we landed bit still had a good trip.
FYI; be careful making that run. Passed tight inside a pole in the channel that I thought was a marker. Evedenitly it was marking a underwater structure and not the channel. Boat took a jarring hit at 40 MPH thankfully no damage and we were all ok.

Check your prop shaft. Things could seem ok but you may have bent it. Just spin prop and if it wobbles shaft is bent.
