Default Monday's Red Beans and Rice with Grilled Alligator Sausage

Well, the title pretty much sums up this post. Today is Monday so the usual red beans were for dinner but I decided to grill some alligator sausage to go along with the meal.
I also grilled a little spatched cornish hen seasoned with my Wild Citrus rub.

Some fish shaped corn bread to shake things up a bit. Lol....

Pretty good meal if I may say so!!!

Looks good. Love me some beans!

My wife asked what I wanted for supper last night. I told her fresh sausage and field peas. She ended up lighting my Weber Kettle pit and grilling them over lump charcoal along with some chicken thighs. She did a good job for her first time.
