Default Fried Pork Loin

Have a 3# pork loin to fry for game and need total fry time, anyone have number?

all i can say is,fry to 145 internal . wrap in foil and a towel and put in small ice chest till ready to slice.

Should be 8-9 minutes a pound at 350-360 degrees.

I usually go 9 minutes per pound at. 325.

Can't believe those morons had safe temp for pork at 160 for so many years...

It was due to feeding pigs slop in the past and free range pigs. Today pigs are fed a much better diet and the threat of trichinosis is all but about gone. I do cook wild pork to 170 degrees just to be safe. Don't get me wrong I love medium cooked pork.
