No luck. Bounced jigs on causeway pilings. Then rode east to the train trestle. Nothing there either. Trip wasn't a total loss though. The seafox hasn't been in action since November so we really enjoyed the ride. Headed to dularge Monday in observation of MLK jr day. We usually have better luck there.

What was the water temp? That's last cold front pushed the water to 48 degrees at Boh Bros last Sunday. I found a couple trout but nothing special.

Most say that when it drops below 55 the lake is off. Not sure how true that is though.

Not true at all .Just like anywhere else the fish move w/ the change in water temps . The folks in the know were catching fish last week after breaking ice to launch?
But they are not fishing the bridges.
