Anything but Lowrance here. Owner dis-loyalty. Customer service was horrible when I had a problem with my 3month old unit.

Low ranch HDS 10 and HDS7 on bass boat. Also use a handheld Garmin for hunting.

Been running the same Lowrance unit since 2006. No problems, put lots of fish in the boat. It's very good at seeing the thermocline and also at finding depths where bait fish are holding. Knowing the depth of bait is a key to precision trolling to run the lures at the right depth.

I have a humminbird DI/Sonar/Gps combo unit and I can't complain about it. It was a cheaper one though so I didn't expect too much, but I like it. I can see some pretty fine detail when looking at the DI

Console HB998 si User friendly. Si is unreal for finding the brush piles and winding creeks. Map that comes with HB sucks. Navionics or Lakemaster chip. Lowrance 88 indash and a 510 lowrance up front. Wish I could put another HB 999 up front.
