I'm tired of sitting around looking for reports, I'm taking my new boat, some buddies, the wife and kids, and heading to the camp. Let's see, calling for rough as Sh*t, 100% chance of rain, windy, possible hail storms, maybe a snow flurry thrown in, but, I'm going run the boat at least, maybe go to the weirs.

Anyone been to the dams in MI lately? Looking for live bait. Then, may go try the South side of Marsh Island, looking for fish. Got reports yesterday the trout are showing up to the east, so, it may not be long before we see some action.

Has anyone been crabbing at the dam? Hoping to take my kids on their first saltwater ride this weekend and give it a try. They handled 3 hrs to 4 hrs in the boat many times and plan to make a quick run over, hang out then run back
