Man really if u want to go right now it's pretty much everywhere any tide movement is good for reefs stop and get u a lake map from lake charles tackle and it shows common reefs good luck.

This has really helped me to figure out when's the best time to make a road trip. Granted there are other variables in the equation but I find it to be an extremely useful tool. There is an offset for BL give or take an hour. You can find a detailed explanion somewhere on the website or get the Magizine at Barns and Noble. Good mag, only fishing mag worth reading in my opinion.
