Default Prop question

Running a 25 Yam. On a 15'48 with 6" setback jacked all the way up.
Will be running me + 2 people + guns every day of season. Not worried about top end speed, just need hole shot.
Currently have just a stock aluminum prop on the boat now. When running alone, I have to ease on step, or else I'll blow out.
Throw somebody else in there, and its game over. Won't get on step.
Trying to keep my motor fairly high, as the water will be getting low in the marsh.
So thinking a new prop will fix this issue.
Suggestions?
