Default Pork Day
Caught a good sale at Kroger's Friday. Ribs for 7 bucks a rack and pork shoulders for a buck a pound. Pulled pork sammichs with that shoulder and bbq ribs.
Got the black beast rolling and the fire is getting right. More to come.
