Default Grand Isle in November

Just had a blast on GI with my family, and some family from St. Louis. We caught big shrimp in the surf, crabs right off the jetties, and some nice trout and sheepshead off the pier. Another group now wants to plan a trip in November, and I'm wondering if any of these things will be possible then. We aren't picky. Anything fishy would work. And if it's isn't possible from those locations, I'm assuming the guides are still pounding it out there. Just looking for a little help on what that place is like around Thanksgiving. Thanks!
