guys ive told you all this time and time again, when a man is wrong, he is wrong. i apparently didnt do enough searchin the web for accurate info.thanks to w and bruce for the insight. thats all i wanted ta know and it took bruce ta get involved. now w, those cores are on sale huh??? holla son needa place an order

Well Get it on Ebay!!..........But I know where mine comes from.......Do you know and Trust Ebay reels???? Or do you know the reel is not a refurbished reel selling for new?? Which 90% on ebay are........... Once a Shimano reel is sent back to the factory due to a problem that reel cant be sold at a major retail store like Academy,Bass Pro or Cabelas....

So small shops pick these referb reels up for cheep and sling them on ebay!!!...........This is FACT........So buy your referb Reel on ebay and i will use my Brand new never used Reel from Shimano........

Jason.......do yourself a favor......just go get a Steez coastal and be done with his.........

The Steez mg6:3 is 5.5 oz.....the 7:1 is 5.6 oz........if your spending that much already, you may as well spend he extra 70 bucks and get a good reel....
