The fishing down here in Buras is starting to take off. the redfish are biting like crazy. Catching anywhere from 50 to 100 reds in a day. Obviously only keeping our limit or what customer wants to take home. The trout are starting to finally show up as they looked like they havent eaten in weeks. As looking into next week I see 70 dgree days and its only a matter of time before limits of trout start hitting the deck of the boat. Dink. I am looking at my calender and I have the three days before full moon and three days after the full moon in May if you know anybody that may want it. That is a unbelievable time and as of now no one has jumped on it. I thought the guys I had last year had it but they have the weekend before. The same weekend as last year. The Full is on a wed the 27. Here is what happened last year on that moon. Its still open
