Bass pro, or find a cabinet shop and have them order you some , or a restaurant supply house. You can also use composite deck boards

Starboard is very expensive.
But West Marine has some small pieces. Olmsted Shipyard in Lake Charles has some big pieces. |

X2! Composite decking makes the best table top. Won't rot, you can cut on it, contains no chemicals, and the texture won't allow for your fish to slide.

The table is 13 feet long because it was built on the property line of my two neighbors, we are all mutual friends. Doubles as a outdoor cooking/prep table. I have built many like this but the standard size is 6 feet. The first ones I built I used Choice Dek composite lumber for the top. The last two I have built, including this one I used 1x6 Trex. I put a little sheet of stainless steel for my cutting surface. The rest is just treated lumber. |

Lake Charles rubber and gasket has that white Teflon looking stuff. Makes good cuttin boards or cleaning table tops. Cheaper than Teflon.

Or you could use commercial bathroom stalls. It's made out of the same stuff.

starboard will warp in the sun. google high density fiberboard for a dealer near you. this is the stuff used on casting platforms, it's cheaper than starboard and holds up better.

I work at lake Charles rubber and gasket. A lot of people use what is called UHMW for cutting boards. It's not that expensive unless it's really big. Will last almost forever.

last time I checked starboard was way to expensive to make a cleaning table. I used a 1ft by 1ft piece to mount a GPS on the dash of the boat

I buy it in sheets like plywood here in Metairie for custom dashes on boats and enclosures. It is expensive but great stuff to work with.

Maybe get some countertop material.
I use a piece of old silestone countertop that fits on my workbench. It's about 3' x 4'. It works out great and it cleans up very easy after use. |
