Sorry for the crappy pic, but here's my set-up. Just an ole iron sink. I have a Teflon cutting board that fits flush with the top of the basin which I just drop in.

High density polyethylene HDPE is the plastic used for cutting surfaces. Check at machine shop locally or internet
