Flat tides
I was thinking of going to Chalmette today or somewhere along those lines to try to get on some sort of fish. I looked at the tide chart and it was showing very flat. I have been told that a flat tide makes it very hard to get the fish rollin. How true is this? Also, is it better to fish(any fish in general) on a rising tide or falling tide?
