Default 6/9/11 Big Lake topwater Reds

Reds BL 6-9-10.jpg

Went for big trout on top, but my spot was too dirty. Caught a couple of trout there, but not much action. Then I made a move to get out of the wind and found a school of 20" Reds. Slicks started popping up so I jammed my stick it anchor pin in the mud and commenced to working them over on top. They kept slapping at my Spook so I changed to the higher pitch she dog and they got pissed. Caught my limit and another 10 then had to get back to the house for a dang conference call. Left them biting, but it sure was fun.

Your right, whatever the factory size is that is what I replace it with. I usually just look at the sizes in the store and grab the size I need. #4 maybe?
