Holly Beach Surf report 5-27

Hit the beach yesterday at 4:00pm. Water was sandy and the green water was about 500 yards from the shore. Soaked live shad and live mullet past the second sand bar and never lost a bait. Got skunked on the beach just like last Sunday. Still had fun swimming with the kiddos and knocking back a few Lone Stars.

That's discouraging, I was hoping to check out the area soon.

You're on the wrong side of the river for that beer.

You needta be drinking Pearl, Schlitz or Falstaff to catch Trouts in the surf.
