Default Calcasieu River backwater out of White Oak
Fished this morning, good bite till around 0830 then started tapering off a bit... Water not moving and had a funny gray color to it, duckweed all around so the drains have been moving... We are supposed to get another front this Thurs, so next weekend should be good ...

Ended up with four keeper fish and lots of throwbacks... Fished jigs, soft creature baits and buzz-baits...

Took this pic with the sun lighting the mist up...

I've been waiting on a report from you. I'm gonna have to go with you one day so you can show me how to fish a jig like the master.

I dont know about all of that, but we can go flip some jigs anytime.... Had some pickles knock the hell out of football jigs this morning !!!
