First marinate the fish for a few hours or over night. Make some homemade mashed potatoes or just use the instant. Then take a bag of broccoli slaw and sautee with about half an onion in olive oil. After it is tender to your preference set it to the side. Now pan sautee the fish in olive oil till cooked. Slap a the mashed tators on your plate first then a few slabs of fish and put the broccoli slaw on top the fish. Talk about some good eatin. For the marinate equal parts italian dressing,white wine lee and perrins,and a few dashes of worcestershire sauce and la hot sauce.
